You will notice that there are 6 teams listed. 3 of them are from this league and 3 are from the other league. You only need to be concerned with The Red Zone 1 scores. You are not competing against the other league. OOOOOO. Idea for next year is brewing in my head.     

Championship Game
Run N Guns vs Horror - Jim gets to play for a possible 2nd title. That could be the 3rd year in a row that a team wins its 2nd title. Gub is playing for his first ever title. Thats in 11 seasons of play. If I'm gonna pick a winner, it will have to be the team that will get its 2nd title. Jim's team just looks too strong not to lose.  Prediction: Run N Guns   

3rd Place Game
High Flying Fish vs Dingle Berries - This game looks closer to me than the spread indicates. I think if there is going to be an upset, it will be this game.  Prediction: High Flying Fish   

Toilet Bowl Championship Game
Overpaid Cripples vs Wave Raiders - I'm playing in my first ever Toilet Bowl playoffs and make it to the finals. Now I get to try to join the company of 5 teams to have won a League Championship and a Toilet Bowl Champions. Brandon is trying to become the 2nd team to won the Toilet Bowl title twice. The line is favoring me by only 3 pts. I'll stick with the favorite.  Prediction: Wave Raiders

Horror (112) at Run N Guns (89)

(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Dec 22, 2008) In a week 16 The Red Zone - 2008 battle, Horror beat a strong Run N Guns team by a score of 112 to 89, silencing a partisan crowd of 68,861.

Cutler, Jay DEN QB
Jay Cutler

Horror were led to their 23 point victory by a 28 point effort from Jay Cutler, who tore apart the Buffalo Bills defense for 359 passing yards in addition to 30 rushing yards. With this performance, Cutler was the number 3 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 16. They also got help from a 23 point effort from the Cincinnati Bengals Defensive Team.

"We shocked the world," Horror coach Dave Guibord said.

Run N Guns were helped out in a losing cause by a 17 point effort from Aaron Rodgers, who got by the Chicago Bears defense for 260 passing yards and 2 passing TDs. They also got help from a 15 point effort from Matt Forte, who snuck past the Green Bay Packers defense for 73 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 28 receiving yards.

"We got a wake-up call," Run N Guns coach Jim Raginia, Jeff Combs said.

This brings the record for Horror to 9-4, and drops Run N Guns to a record of 8-5.
