(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Feb 1, 2009) In a week 21 Survivor Challenge League battle, *Believeland embarrassed a hapless *Passing Wind team by a score of 7.70 to 5.30, silencing a partisan crowd of 74,063.
*Believeland were led to their 2.40 point victory by a 7.70 point effort from Heath Miller, who snuck past the Arizona Cardinals defense for 57 receiving yards. With this performance, Miller was the number 1 ranked tight end for week 21. They also got help from a point effort from Donnie Avery, who snuck past the defense for receiving yards. "We sent a message here today," *Believeland coach Andy Christian said. *Passing Wind were helped out in a losing cause by a 5.30 point effort from Hines Ward, who snuck past the Arizona Cardinals defense for 43 receiving yards. With this performance, Ward was the number 5 ranked wide receiver for week 21. They also got help from a point effort from the San Diego Chargers Defensive Team. "I don't want to point fingers," *Passing Wind coach Bob Doef said. This brings the record for *Believeland to 6-15, and drops *Passing Wind to a record of 12-9. | ||
