the way waiver and free agent pickups are handled has changed. the settings i had, did not work properly so here is how we will be doing it from now on: Waiver Request from kickoff of the first game of the week through Thursday 3am ET. Between that time and kickoff of the first game of the week, all unlocked players are available via "Acquire Free Agents" on a first-come, first served basis, and all locked (recently dropped) players are on waivers, and assigned on a worst-to-first basis, nightly at 3am ET until kickoff of the first game of the following week. Once a player is dropped, he is "locked" until 3am ET at least 2 days later.
