(FFChamps) Philadelphia Eagles running back Brian Westbrook was held out of practice on Friday to rest after practicing fully on Wednesday and Thursday. "I just held him out so he could rest up. Again, he's taken about every rep the last two days," head coach Andy Reid told ESPN.com. Westbrook missed last week's game after sustaining a severe concussion in Week 7. He is listed as questionable on the injury report for Sunday night's game against the Cowboys, but he is expected to play.

Analysis: It's hard to know what to expect from Westbrook on Sunday. He wasn't getting many carries in the games prior to sustaining the concussion and there is no reason for the Eagles to hand him the rock 20 times this week when he is just coming back. LeSean McCoy will probably still be heavily involved in order to keep Westbrook functioning.
